FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

If it's not covered here, just ask — you'll get a straight answer from the person who does the work.

How does your quote work?

Send us your address and a rough idea of what you'd like cleaned. We'll come back with a flat, fixed price for the whole job — usually within one business day. There's no charge for a quote and no obligation to book.

What's included in a standard clean?

Interior and exterior glass, plus frames, sills, tracks and screens. We treat those as part of the job rather than an add-on, because a window with gritty tracks and a dusty screen still looks dirty even when the glass is spotless.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

For exterior-only work, no — as long as we can reach the windows and there's no locked gate. If you'd like the interiors done too, someone will need to be there to let us in. We'll agree a time in advance either way.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Most homes are well served by two to four visits a year. Pollen season in Georgia is the heaviest stretch, so spring and autumn are the two most popular bookings. Properties near trees or busy roads usually benefit from more frequent visits.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

Light rain doesn't affect exterior cleaning and we'll typically carry on. If conditions are unsafe — high wind, storms, or lightning — we'll contact you to move the appointment, at no cost to you.

Can you remove hard water stains?

Usually, yes — mineral deposits left by sprinklers and rain can normally be treated and lifted off. Heavily etched glass, where the minerals have bonded into the surface itself, may not fully recover. We'll test a small area first and give you a straight answer before you commit to anything.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully. Comprehensive liability coverage is in place, and we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance on request — useful if you manage a commercial property or an HOA.

Do you repair or replace screens?

We clean screens thoroughly — removed, washed on both faces, dried and re-fitted — but we don't carry out screen repairs or re-screening. If a screen is torn or the frame is damaged, that's a job for a specialist.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Tell us. We offer a walk-through at the end of every job, and if you spot a streak, a smudge or a missed pane we'll come back and re-clean it free of charge.

Which areas do you cover?

We're based in Newnan and serve Coweta County and the surrounding communities — including Peachtree City, Senoia, Sharpsburg, Tyrone, Fayetteville, Grantville, Palmetto, Carrollton, Villa Rica and Union City. Send your address and we'll confirm.
